Greetings GRCC and RCCC members.
On Sunday Aug 8th we will hold a beach shoot and picnic at Hoffmaster State Park. We did an event like this last summer and had a nice turnout. The plan is to meet at 4 PM at the picnic area by the swimming beach. We will have a nice picnic and then start shooting about 5:00 to 5:30.
We have both male and female models lineup to shoot. You will need to bring your camera and an appropriate lens for shooting people. Last year we stayed until sunset so you may want to bring a tripod also.
I believe it costs 6 dollars to get into the park for the day unless you have a State Park sticker already. Last year the picnic was a potluck and we supplied hot dogs, so let's plan that again. I will get the charcoal, hot dogs/buns and stuff to put on them. If every one else brings a little something we should be fine.
