October Workshop Meeting - Grand Rapids Camera Club

Workshop Details

A big change you will see this year is that we have scheduled 5 extra meeting nights in order to hold workshops. These workshop nights will be on the 4th Wednesday and will be held at the Boy Scouts building the same as our regular meetings. The workshop meetings will be 7 PM to 10 PM. It is hard to try to cover some topics in the limited amount of time afforded us at our regular meetings, so we have expanded our meeting schedule to make room for workshop nights. Wednesday night workshop meetings will be held October 28, 2009, January 27,2010, February 24 2010, March 24, 2010, and April 28, 2010.

This workshop will include the following:

• Question and Answer Session - Participants will be able to ask questions on the operation of their camera or general photography. Plan on bringing your camera and operation manual to the meeting.
• Image Critique Session - If you are interested in having some of your images critiqued email them to Mike Mitchell votrepear@gmail.com. The image maker will be anonymous unless you want participants to know it's your image. Use the same image format that we use for our monthly competition. Critiquing of images has been a topic requested by many members and should be a great learning opportunity for all.
